Well, there's Deluge:
http://docs.tinyos.net/tinywiki/index.php/Deluge_T2:

" Deluge is a reliable data dissemination protocol for large objects,
such as program binaries. Together with a bootloader, Deluge provides a
way to reprogram sensor motes in a network. "

However, I have no idea if it's ready for production.

Michiel

Subject: [Tinyos-help] Updating the code in a TinyOS mote dynamically

Hi, I tried writing before, but I don't think my message go to the
mailing list. Basically, I was wondering if I could make updates to the
software that's running on a TinyOS mote after the device has been
deployed. Or am I obliged to hook up a wire to it in order to upload
data to it?
