Hi, 1) As far as I know, and unless there were major improvements that were not discussed on the mailing list, TOSSIM does not support TelosB (yet). I have extended the Avrora simulator to also simulate the TelosB platform (at least partially, but including some sensors and the radio interface). These modifications are, however, not in the official release.
2) No, they use different modulations and protocols and are not compatible. Bluetooth also uses 2.4GHz, and all three are not interoperable.
