There are a number of problems with your request... Makes it hard to help you.
First you don't say what version of the source code you are using. Don't know what http://eimtcollab.uoc.edu/softcou24_12/tinyos-2.x_cou24.tar.gz is or where it comes from. I looked through the logs and I don't see where it got removed. The line got added in 2008, looks like it was temporary and got commited by accident. Since there is very little code review in T2, I'm not surprised. So I think it is cruft. This also implies that hardly anyone actually gets stuck by that bit of cruft. I suspect most folks just remove the include, use TestSerial for a little bit and then move on. TestSerial is really simple. Try removing that include line. If it doesn't work, figure out why and fix it. Its something you should be able to figure out yourself.
