Faisal,

Some time ago, a question regarding energy profiling on sensor nodes was
asked and the answer was somewhat similar to what you are looking for. May
be if you search in the archives you would find it somewhere. The idea was
also based on the radio on-off time measured at MAC layer. I did that once,
some time ago but don't remember any code nor the reference where I put it.
But in case you are looking for some more help in addition to the one
already given by Eric and Olaf, do search for the tag line "Energy
Profiling" in TinyOS-help archives.
