tos 4.3 seems to be the latest release on the web page, but the CVS
repository only has versions 4.2 and 5.0 in it. is 4.3 hiding in
there somewhere?
i have some files i wouldn't mine checking in
(TRANSCEIVER.{comp.c,desc}) but it only works w.r.t. 4.3, and only
with the UART_PACKET.c fix.
