We anounced a new communication stack two days ago. Now its source code is available for download at
http://www.isi.edu/scadds/software/motes/ Please note that this version of comm stack does not work with the latest NesC version of TinyOS. It works with TinyOS release 0.6.1 or a CVS snapshot that is later than 0.6.1 but before NesC. We plan to start porting the comm stack to NesC in a couple of weeks. Thanks for your interest.
