I've checked a packet-level TOSSIM into beta/TOSSIM-packet. There is a README in the directory that explains how to use it. It currently uses the same interference model as standard TOSSIM: there is a fixed interference/channel sense radius of 50 feet, and if two packets overlap, they are both corrupted. I hope to give it a better interference model in the future, based on some empirical data on packet-level dynamics for the CC1000 and CC2420 radios.

It's been tested, but not exhaustively. If you find a bug or problem, PLEASE enter a bug report on the TinyOS sourceforge site, so I can keep track of them.
