Ram: MIB600s get their power over the "spare" wires in cat5 wiring for 10/100baseT. This is known as midspan POE. Make sure your switch vendor supports this method. The other POE method is to provide power over the TX and RX datalines. MIB600 does NOT support this method. Mattm
