hi, i've been playing with Surge using 2 mica2dots and 2 mica2s. one of the mica2s is on the programming board with the local address 0.
so i run the app, and on the java display everythign seems to be workign fine. i can see all the connections, packets are multihoppign away. i changed the Surge app a little bit so that the red leds light up before "post SendData()" and turn off at ever "sendDone event" so i have a red led blink for every packet sent, for every mote. however, if i leave the app on for some time, the mica2dots simple die/sleep! they just disappear and their red leds stop blinking. and if i take out the battery and put it back in, both the mica2dots still dont startup again. after taking out the batt for a couple of hours they work fine just like before. anyone know the reason for this behavior??? also, (on the mica2s) i wanted the green led to toggle everytime a Broadcast message was received. i have put in the statement in the BcastReceive function but the green led never comes on, no matter what message i send from the java app. and ill put my old question here again, coz im not clear about: why does uisp reset the fuses on the micas everytime? what does that fuse do? where is this information available? thanks a lot, karan _______________________________________________ Tinyos-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.Millennium.Berkeley.EDU/mailman/listinfo/tinyos-users
