TinyOS includes a suite of simulation tools including a visual GUI. You can find up-to-date, online documentation here: http://www.tinyos.net/dist-1.1.0/snapshot-1.1.7July2004cvs/doc/ In particular, lesson 5 of the tutorial introduces the simulator TOSSIM and it’s Java-based user interface, TinyViz.
