I have to implement a FFT algorithm on a MICA2/MICA2DOT motes for processing acoustic data; has nobody implemented it yet ? I tried the solution proposed by the guys who work at Embedded Networks Laboratory - University of Southern California ("Compression component for Mica motes" http://enl.usc.edu/software/index.html). Actually, in their software, they developed only LZ77's algorithm and not the Sorensen's FFT algorithm as they told in http://enl.usc.edu/~ningxu/papers/lzfft.pdf.
Has anybody encountered this problem before ?
