Hi,
to my opinion the above is too small by default, i.e. eight.
Cost of increasing it to e.g. 16 would not be so high compared to the risk of some very hard to find 'irregular' behaviour in programs (my opinion).
And those needing every byte of RAM could still reduce queue size through TOSH_MAX_TASKS_LOG2...
Just an idea...
