Please note that Telos motes require using make 3.80 (and the new make system in tinyos-1.x/tools/make). However, the default download of make 3.80 has bugs that Mat� makefiles can trigger. You need to patch the make source. A prior message on this list contains the patch, and I'll also put it up on the Mat� site.
