I�ve been reading the paper:
"TOSSIM: Accurate and Scalable Simulation of Entire
TinyOS Applications" by Philip Levis.
I have i doubt in the next text of that paper: "For example, instead of modeling latency,by modeling the network itself TOSSIM simulates contention and backoff, which are causes of latency.".What it is backoff and contention? |
