I pushed a new version at the Linaro overlay adding these files by hand,
by the packaging files (just as a workaround). In the previous release
there was a patch I created to provide the pkg-config files during
install time, I believe TI just need to apply it.

Bug description:
In the latest stable version of pvr-omap4 (1.7.9.0.1.5-1), the -dev
packages for egl, gles1, gles2 and vg are missing pkg-config files,
making it difficult to build programs using them.
