Glad you got it resolved. :) I have never used DevExpress components, so couldn't help. Could you send a small screenshot of what these "bands in a grid" look like. I have no idea what they are, but am curious to know. I always use TStringGrid and simply modify the look via the mediators and custom painting. We have made some amazing looking grids - which most would not believe is simply a TStringGrid underneath.
