Hi Ragha, TIPC protocol is unaware whether it runs on a VM target or a native host, moreover, it doesn't need to know. The only way to communicate with other nodes in external world is to use network interfaces. But the interfaces may rely on a physical NIC or a virtual NIC. But this approach seems unsatisfied with your requirement.
However, after UDP bearer was introduced, probably it can help you reach the goal. In other words, a TIPC node can talk with other nodes through UDP protocol.
