So I guess the subscriber module should be added to tipc_utils as a separate 
module, or possibly as part of libtipc, which is already there.
You are still registered as developer at SF/tipc, so you are free to do it.  
Otherwise I can fix it, but I am pretty busy these days.

I only planned to send the /dev/tipc network redirection stuff there. I dont 
think that the topology module is relevant enough to be a default bash builtin.
