are there any experimental noise reduction instruments or techniques that have been utilized to reduce classroom noise?I visited a 9th grade classroom and the noise was intolerable. I am toying with the idea of inventing a noise meter that would record the level of noise and emit a skunk type of odor when the noise level reached a certain level. Is there a similar type of contingecy management system around?
