Hi Nancy,
What is the size of your honors section? On our campus Honors courses are
expected to be more interactive than your average class and to include more 
opportunities to express ideas orally as well as in writing. How about class
debates, perhaps using psychological issues drawn from books like the Taking
Sides series? Or making groups of students responsible for teaching some of the
content? How about mini-research studies ( these could be as simple as
groups collecting perception/memory/social psychological data using measures
often included in text instructor guides, then combining their results in
class to something more complex)?
