SO! He is a popular elected president.So he can choose his friends.
Besides he is helping a country where 80% of the people are poor.
El commandante Fidel has many Cuban doctors providing health care
(sounds familiar) to the poor.His government has one of the best
democratic constitution in the Americas.For the first time
African-Venezuelans and the indigenous peoples of Venezuela
are included in government operations.There is even a Martin Luther
King Center in Barlovento,Venezuela.But one of the best actions
he has taken is to divert some of the oil revenue to fund
social,educational,health,and economic development for the poor.
