I can't help but remember that Ross Bagdasarian is responsible for the creation of David Seville and his three charges and Simon, Theodore and Alvin (aka the Chipmunks). However, a simple google search shows that words and music were by
William Saroyan and Ross Bagdasarian. I certainly hope we don't start
