By chance do any of you have a pdf of the original Scoville & Milner, 1957 article (first substantive discussion of HM by the surgeon himself)? I'd like to have my seminar read it but my copy is from graduate school and must be a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy and the figures are little more than black blobs.
