It has been noted that obese female college students have a higher GPA than the
Baywatch types.Among the reasons given are:
lack of social life which acts as drive to study and the propensity of the
obese to remain seated and hence study.
I can offer the hypothesis that it is the sedentary lifestyle associated with
studying that may lead to obesity.
