Sometimes I get what I call phantom messages, from tips. They contain
information that other people posted but nothing else is new about them,
except that they originate as a reply to a previous posting, but there
is nothing new.

Does anyone else get these?

Can anyone explain them?

For example, the one below came from Ray but has no new content from
Ray.

I's just curious why I get these.
