Interesting book titled "Send" as recommended by Dave Barry in the NYT's
about how careful we need to be when writing emails.

Also, relative to how doctors function, I would highly encourage two books
written by Atul Gawande, "Complications," and "Better."  His insights into
doctors, hospitals and patients are fascinating--must reads.
