Interesting book titled "Send" as recommended by Dave Barry in the NYT's about how careful we need to be when writing emails. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/05/06/books/review/Barry.t.html?em&ex=1178596800&en=b96a732e5862c54a&ei=5070 Also, relative to how doctors function, I would highly encourage two books written by Atul Gawande, "Complications," and "Better." His insights into doctors, hospitals and patients are fascinating--must reads.
