On a YouTube page, you'll see the main video playing window. To the right of that is a gray box that has information on who posted the video and a short description. In that box also are two codes in white boxes. One is marked URL the other is marked Embed. You want the one marked URL. You select, highlight, then cut and paste the URL information into the Zamzar "Download Videos" box and proceed from there.
