I do not think that bystander apathy necessarily involves visual stimuli.One can be able to detect that help is or could be needed by other sensory information.A blind person can summon help for someone based on auditory information .I would also postulate that "through intuition" one could foresee trouble ahead and take preventive measures to defuse a possible escalating situation. The physiological data should not be ignored in the dynamics of crowd and the mindset of mobs.My claim of being the top divergent thinker on Tips still holds.
