As I recall, JFK's use of cognitive enhancers (amphetamines, primarily) may have contributed to the Bay of Pigs debacle.

"enhancement" to clarify what they're proposing]

Yeah, right. That's about as likely as the US legalizing marijuana any
time soon.

It will be legalized, but inhalation will still be prohibited,
