How do you interpret section 6.04 of the 6th edition of the manual? This is the section in which we are "encouraged" to include paragraph or page numbers when paraphrasing. I am confused. I do not recall ever seeing this done and I do not see an example of it in the manual. Page numbers are only used when there are direct quotations.
