Handing out a syllsbus to a student is no guarantee that the student wii read it.I had a policy of reading aloud wth the class the instrument to students and having them sign it .Then I gather them for validation and redistribute them to the students. Yep,signed,sealed.and delivered. Any legal experts on Tips?
