Okay, after a little research...
Apparently AOL cuts messages that are over 25k in length and display only
the first 2k in the message. Since Stephen's message showed up around 29k,
it triggered this function in AOL. I still haven't run across any mention
of whether or not the attachments are truly-text only, but will continue my
search as time allows...
