Hi folks,
I got this brochure in the mail yesterday and went to the publishers site but it is
listed as currently back-ordered. However, as it somewhat relates to a recent thread
(I
think it is more of a rope now), I thought I'd post it for those interested. It may,
of
course, also be of interest to those who teach multicultural issues.
The book in part deals with the unique nature of anti-Semitism (which causes it to go
unnoticed) and the omission of Jews in courses on multiculturalism.
Langman, Peter F. (1999). Multiculturalism: Where are the Jews? Jason Aronson, Inc.
It should be noted that the book primarily addresses the fields of multicultural
counseling, psychology, and education.
More information concerning the text can be found at: http://www.lehigh.edu/~pfl2/
Warm regards,
linda
