Gary:  Interesting. You you know how the times/dates are stamped? Are they stamped
local time as they are leaving - or when they arrive at the listserve? In the
winter, midnight GMT is 7 pm Eastern US time. We need an operational definition of
the first tips post of 2000. Maybe this is a question for Bill Southerly?
