Hi Tipsters -

Some students and I are working with the local tax assessor's office
to help assess their current levels of job stress and to suggest
interventions/strategies for improvement. This is outside my area
(I'm a social psychologist), and I'm finding that not only is the
literature massive, but there seems to be a neverending list of
scales used for this purpose.

I'm wondering, does anyone have (a) any expertise in this area, (b)
suggestions for how I might narrow my review, or (c) ideas for how to
go about doing such an intervention?

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,

Traci
