Thanks for your replies regarding the diploma mill mailing. I've
discovered that the TIPS subscription list is not to blame, nor are two of
the other lists (Psychwatch and SPSP).
I'm heading the advice provided by one TIPSter (thanks, Jeff) and am
forwarding the message in question to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for their
consideration.
