Hi Tipsters who teach I/O I'm revising the research paper required for my I/O class. I used to have them do a job analysis but I would like to do something more comprehensive. I was thinking about having students identify a real problem in a real company and then write a paper outlining how they would solve the problem (of course citing appropriate research along the way). However, I would love to hear what others are doing for a research or term paper in I/O (links to papers would be great too).
