Youth International Internship Program

UNEVOC-Canada is now recruiting for the Youth International Internship
Program. Eighteen positions are available. Intern candidates must have a
degree from a recognized University, Community College or High school in the
field of science, technology or education.

This six-month internship program is funded by Human Resources Development
Canada and sponsored by UNEVOC- Canada. Internships are arranged though a
network of 202 UNEVOC centres worldwide, as well as private companies and
non-governmental organizations. Internships can cover a wide range of
specializations, but they must be related to science, technology or
education. Interns are expected to re-enter the work force after completion
of the internship. Internships will last a total of six-months. Depending on
the internship sponsor, the first or last two months can be spent in Canada
with the remaining time spent overseas, or the full six-months may be spent
overseas.
