Dear Colleagues and Students

This is the Call for Papers for the 20th Annual
Prairie Undergraduate Research Conference, which will be held
here at the University of Winnipeg on Saturday, 28 April 2001. We
anticipate another successful conference this year and expect to
have presentations by undergraduates from several universities.
We hope that you will make plans to join us for this year's
conference and that you will encourage your students to attend.
We would especially appreciate it if faculty who teach methods or
thesis courses brought this conference to the attention of their
students.

Sincerely
James M. Clark

The 20th annual Prairie Undergraduate Psychology Conference is an
inter-university event at which undergraduates present their research.
The research may have been completed as an Honours Thesis, a methods
course project, an independent study course, a pre-Masters project, or
other independent or small group project. In addition to paper sessions,
we will schedule poster sessions, which may be most suitable for group
projects.
This year's conference will feature an invited address by Dr.
Steve Spencer of the University of Waterloo. Dr. Spencer is well-known
for work in social psychology. More information about Dr. Spencer is
available at the conference homepage.
