Films for the Humanities and Sciences (http://www.films.com) and
Insight Media (http://www.insight-media.com) are both excellent
sources for psychology films.

As part of my coverage of disorders in the intro class, I show Back
from Madness: The Struggle for Sanity (1996) from HBO films. The
film follows 4 people over a 2 year or so period and shows the
treatment they experience during this time. Each person is diagnosed
with a different disorder: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder,
depression, and OCD. The filmmakers do an excellent job humanizing
the people who are struggling with their disorders. Available at

Here's one from Insight Media that might fit what you're looking for:

"Trouble in Mind" (1999, 13 volumes, 30 min each) This set focuses
on 13 common mental disorders, discussing typical behavior and
symptoms and how to spot and interpret symptoms. The disorders
include Alzheimer's disease, antisocial personality disorder, ADHD,
bipolar disorder, delirium, depression, eating disorder,
obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, postpartum
depression, psychosomatic disorder, and schizophrenia.

You've probably already done this, but in case you haven't, check the
Instructor's Manuals that come with various textbooks. Many include
film suggestions. For example, the IM for the new Sdorow &
Rickabaugh text (McGraw-Hill) includes a number of film suggestions
(most from the mid to late 1990s) with each chapter and a partial
listing of companies (with addresses, phone numbers, and web
addresses) who sell or rent videos.

Good luck!
