Tenure track Assistant Professor position in Psychology at Utica College to begin in the fall of 2010. Utica College, located at the foothills of the Adirondacks, is a small comprehensive liberal arts school that emphasizes teaching and rewards research. Ours is an undergraduate department seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent pedagogical skills to teach Introductory Psychology and Adolescence and Developmental Research Methods. Interests in cognitive development and/or applied development would be a plus. Inclusion of undergraduates as part of the applicant’s research program is desirable as is the ability to teach statistics and research design. A Ph.D. in Psychology is preferred, but ABD will be considered. Teaching experience is required. Review of candidates will begin immediately and will continue until a candidate is selected.
