Michael, I would ask you to please elaborate. I would first like to know what "effects" they are studying. I would also like to know why studying the effects of cocaine would be considered a waste of time given that the problems created by cocaine use in this country are so prevalent and costly. If the process could be understood more clearly, perhaps thousands of lives could be improved and indirect costs to the taxpayers could be GREATLY decreased.
