Oh you Canadians! We think this is COLD! Especially for summer ;) I am shivering in my office at 9:00 am this morning. Of course I am wearing light summer clothes; still in all I should be sweating and not shivering. If anyone is used to real heat then I think a sweater or light jacket is called for in the mornings and evenings.
