I wonder what is the over/under in number of academic years until the first scandal related to this: instructor paid off to ensure higher grades, cheating directly related to getting the payoff, etc. I'm guessing that the first events like this will happen within 5 years, but I'm putting the over/under on the scandal breaking at 8 years.
