Should a prof who has the same study published in two different journals count this as one poblication or two publications? I was the only one who became aware of this when a candidate who had applied for a position oresented reprints to the hiring committee.I kept my mouth shut and he got the position.The article in Perceptual Motor Skills was identical to the one in Psychogical records.
