While I wasn't paying attention, a website came into existence
named "Bang With Friends" which, well, allows one to hook-up
with a randy friend or two by letting others know that you're randy
and ready too. Interesting concept but an even more interesting
concept is "Bang With Professionals", a website that allowed
people on the Linkedin website to see who was, well, you know,
ready to go BOOM. Because, with all the work professionals
have to do, who has time to get know another person when all
one really wants is a "happy ending". Alas, Linkedin did care
much this kind of hook-up and the service has come to an end --

I guess the only reason I would have had to join Linkedin is
now gone (sorry former students). But I guess it's only a matter
of time before a service like that mentioned in the subject line
appears. One wonders if it will be based on APA membership
(does APA have enough academics in it these days)?
