inform a faculty member that his contract will not be renewed by sending him
a text message?
This happened to a friend of mine and he is pissed that this was conveyed to
him through text instead of an officia.l academic letter.
Btw,since texts are not personal property but belong to the ISP,could legal
issues be raised as to its validity?
