Michael, I like sleep cycle. It gives good information about your sleep. Best feature in my mind is the alarm which is said to mimick how we should awake - slowly. Not from a blarring alarm that jolts us out of deep sleep. There may be a question of its ability to be accurate but from my limited experience, 1 month, it has siome great applications. I am considering it for a project choice on the consciousness chapter.
