I've done test review sessions with Collaborate (formerly Elluminate). About 20% of my students would show, and others would watch the recording later.
Panopto or Tegrity live broadcast would also work. They're less powerful, than Collaborate, but you probably don't need all of Collaborate's tools. If you don't have access to any of those, then your best free options are Join.me (limit: 9 people) and Google Hangouts (limit: 10 people). If all you want is text (no screen-sharing, no audio, no video), then todaysmeet.com is easy. If you use an LMS, see what it has available. Canvas has BigBlueButton built-in - it's sort of Collaborate-lite. I'd like to do this online rather than in person. I thought of using Skype, but I don't think that's ideal. Anyone try doing this? Suggestions much appreciated. Michael Michael A.
