They sure can boast about this program, that is until you actually want to
use it, or have a simple question about your order....

After being on hold for the last 3 days, about an hour each day, when I
finally talk to a person they put you off to someone else, on hold again....

Finally, someone was able to give me some info.  All I wanted to know is if
the wireless usb adapter is out of stock or what and when will I get a
tracking number.   He said he has know way of knowing.  If it is in stock,
maybe 8 to 10 weeks,  BEFORE they ship it...

But no, I can even just cancel to get my 5000 points back, and buy one
elsewhere...

UN$%*&ingBELIEVABLE!

Don't get me wrong, I DO love TiVo, but this is ridiculous...
